My Comics ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application developed by Daily Labs LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your information with care and transparency. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use the My Comics app (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

a. Profile Photo:
You may upload a photo to personalize your comic strip. This image is temporarily sent to an AI service (such as OpenAI) for comic generation but is never stored on our servers.

b. Generated Comics:
The resulting comics are saved only on your device. We do not store or access your comics.

c. Usage Data:
We may collect anonymous, aggregate usage data (e.g., app opens, interactions with features) via third-party tools to help improve the app. This data does not include personal information or media files.

d. In-App Purchases and Ads:
We track purchases and ad views through secure third-party services (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat) to manage access to features like comic packs or reward-based access.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate personalized comic strips using AI services
• To process in-app purchases or manage ad-based access
• To improve app performance through anonymous analytics

3. Data Sharing

We do not store or sell your personal data. We only share what's necessary to deliver the comic-generation experience:

• AI services (e.g., OpenAI): Your uploaded photo is temporarily sent for processing and comic generation, but not stored by us.
• App stores: For managing subscriptions and payments.
• Analytics/Crash tools (e.g., Firebase, RevenueCat): For understanding app performance, without linking to personal data.

4. Data Storage & Retention

• We do not store any user content or personal data on our servers.
• All generated comics and uploaded photos are saved locally on your device.
• Uploaded photos are sent to AI services only during comic generation and not retained thereafter.

5. Your Rights

You may delete all associated data by simply uninstalling the app. All comics and profile photos are removed from your device when the app is deleted.
